Hiro has a strong sense of justice, sometimes he can be a bit fascist, his friend Ando once compared him to Superman in that sense. He will go to any length to help someone in trouble, even sometimes placing himself in the same trouble.
Hiro can be clumsy and naive at times, often seeing the world in black and white, which sometimes leads him down a confusing road. Hiro more than anything in this world, wants to become a hero, at first it was to prove himself to his father, but later it becomes part of him, ingrained in his personality.

Though Hiro can be selfless, he can also be very selfish, an example would be when Ando gained his own powers, Hiro no longer felt as if he was the special one out of them, and became jealous. Though he tried not to show it, and tried to stay the same, he ended up being harder on his friend, pushing them slightly apart.
A funny guy, he acts more like a kid than an adult, he’s childish and often makes references to comic books and TV shows. Hiro is kind and helping, and once in a while a little on the sarcastic side. His strong since of justice sometimes blinds him to the real actions of others, not seeing the big picture. He’s hasty and sometimes can jump in without though, though he does tend to try to make plans before doing so. It’s hard to tell this, since most of the time Ando jumps in before he can, so it tends to make it look like he’s more responsible. Though he says he is, it most defiantly is not, and still has a long time before he grows up. | |
